We want to thank everyone that came to Curriculum Night, February 24, for your continued support. Hope you had fun!  Wednesday, March 4, the third grade classes will be receiving a lesson from Cobb Dental Health.  We are also looking forward to Career Day on Friday, Mar. 6.

 

As we begin to see signs of spring we are reminded that the CRCT is drawing closer.  We are working diligently in the classroom to prepare our students and hope you are doing the same at home.

In the last nine-weeks we will be focusing on multiplication and division of larger numbers and algebra in math; magnets, heat and the environment in science; map skills, geography and more famous people (i.e. Mary McLeod Bethune) in Social Studies.

 

Reminder: Your child can go on-line at http://www.georgiaoas.org

and practice for the CRCT.  On test days (beginning April 21) it is even more important for our students to have plenty of rest and a good nutritious breakfast.
